Hi, I was wondering if there is any tool that converts the VCF files into bcftools style region co-ordinates. By region, I mean the regions which are representing genes. Here, it is an example:

CDS1 gene-id 1:1000-1040 CDS2 gene-id 2:1200-1250

I would appreciate it if someone help me with this, please.
