If I have some KEGG pathways for some bacteria in human gut and I need their IDs. Will there be like KEGG pathways ID of human or there are changes ?
for example: ID of Glycolysis / Gluconeogenesis pathway in human is: hsa00010
Is this ID the same ID for Glycolysis / Gluconeogenesis in bacteria [whatever its type] that found in human gut .
Thanks in advance.
Would you please provide more details about your research question? Obviously KEGG identifiers are species-specific.
I just need to find the complementary pathways (using pathwayconnector tool) for some pathways enriched in gut bacteria [ these gut bacteria is genus_Ruminococcus, genus_Dorea, genus_Clostridium], for using pathwayconnector tool I should use KEGG ID input and I couldn't find out the KEGG ID for the pathways of these gut bacteria.
