How to keep decimal digits after separating columns with "separate" function in R

Good morning everybody. I have an apparently simple problem but to which I cannot figure out a solution. I tried to separate a column utilizng the separate function and "=" as separator, but nonetheless it returns a warning messages and delete decimal digit. Has anybody ever bumped across this problem?
