Ribo_seq data analysis

Hello,

I have a ribo_seq data (bacteria). I wonder, is there any pipeline or tutorial of downstream analysis (after alignment). Or what packages do suggest? Can I do diff gene expression as in RNA_SEQ data?

You might like to look into the RiboViz toolkit: https://github.com/riboviz/RiboViz

It says it is curently aimed at yeast datasets, but can be customised to work with other datasets.
