Hey all Can anybody tell me how can I plot this data in R or any other language?

uniprot_1 pathway1
uniprot_2 pathway1
uniprot_3 pathway1
uniprot_4 pathway2
uniprot_5 pathway2
uniprot_6 pathway3
uniprot_7pathway4
and so on...

Can I develop a heatmap in R using this kind of data? and how?

I have no idea what data you're talking about.

If I had data in that format, I would import it into Cytoscape and view it as a network of pathway and uniprot nodes. A force-directed layout would immediately reveal pathways that share a lot of proteins in common, as well as proteins that are common across lots of pathways, etc. But, ultimately, the visualization strategy depends on your overall biological question, which you have not specified.

Here's a tutorial on loading a file like yours into Cytoscape: https://cytoscape.org/cytoscape-tutorials/protocols/importing-network-from-table/#/
