Since today I have trouble loading the library "rtracklayer". I always get the warning "Warning message: multiple methods tables found for ‘rowRanges’". I found out that they updated rtracklayer library yesterday, how can I revert to the old version?
EDIT: Looks like the new version of IRanges is the culprit. It works with the second latest version, strange.
