Hello,
I worked on R environment of parsemsf
package. I have no idea of this error.

I think the error is the
x Column PEP doesn't exist.
Is that correct?It is very strange to me that it works well on demo data, but not work well on my own data.

That's correct. It's pointing to a column that doesn't exists in your file!
