From bedgraph to bigwig

I have bam files, I convert them to bedgraph files by bamcoverage, now how can I convert them to bigwig files? Thanks in advance.

I wrote it but nothing changed in the files i don't know why :(

We need more information - what is the exact command you're running, are you getting any errors, etc.

UCSC's utilities contains bedGraphToBigWig, which will do what you want.
