Where Can I Find Sample Population Mapping Files For 1000G Data?

I'm trying to analyze the LD between all SNPs within a 36kb block using 1000G data, converting the vcf to a ped file, and using HaploView. But I can't seem to find the sample population mapping files anywhere on the 1000G data website (I need to analyze only caucasians).

Which snp release are you looking at?
