Hi, all I want to find a gene list related to genome stability and found this asked question:http://www.biostars.org/post/show/45147/find-ionwater-channel-related-genes/. But when I search "genome stability" or "stability" in AmiGO I got nothing about genome stability. Is there other way to get a gene list related to a specified function or process? Thanks!

Resistance to radiation-induced DNA damage may be a phenotype of interest. DNA repair is a function that also may help you. Genome stability is a bit broad of a theme. Do you need centromere-interacting proteins because of the role the centromere plays? Histones add to genome stability via another mechanism. DNA strand repair suppresses genome instability as well, but are you also interested in single-nucleotide stability? The breadth of biological functions that can fall under genome stability may be a reason why you found nothing with AmiGO.
