Downloading all-against-all precomputed for any number of species returns 504 Gateway Time-out

Orthology MAtrix algorithm is a promising approach in my current project. I would like to download all-against-all pre-computed alignments for a clade and use the standalone tool on my custom genome.

Navigating to https://omabrowser.org/oma/export/ and selecting any number of species (less than 50) returns "504 Gateway Time-out" when submitting request.

I have been trying it for a week. No luck.

thanks for letting us know. We're experiencing some problems with our backend cluster. I'll let you know here once it is fixed.

Adrian I think your email server is down ([e-mail]) I cannot get any through.

I was wondering if it is possible to download >50 mappings, I would like to export and download all-against-all for viridiplantae. It is instructed to contact administrators for such request.

Hi, sorry just saw your message now. I regularly receive email to [e-mail], I think it is working. you can also send a message to me on [e-mail].

The reason for the limit is mostly storage requirements. So think I could also provide you with a Viridiplantae export version.
