If given a list of doi/bibliography how do I retrieve the pdf? Any tools available?

Oops. But I searched earlier. Most articles have the associated DOI so it would be convenient to use them as an extraction method. I solved this manually by using DOI resolver and Zotero whic enabled me to download the PDFs in a click.

From a list of DOIs, you can create a simple bibfile (.bib) and open it in JabRef, where there is a 'Download from DOI' option that you can use to get the associated PDFs.

Wow this is really cool : http://www.lhnr.de/ext/localcopy/index.php I just downloaded the plugin and it works. IT fetches from the DOI.

You can download all libgen/Sci-Hub papers, then simply look for your DOI (the filenames of the files that the torrents contain are simply DOIs).

If you don't have the DOIs, you can use some CrossRef DOI Resolver API.
