Hi All,

I had a simple but important observation only recently, that when you run same sample in miRDeep2 multiple times, around 15 out of 90 miRNAs are unique to each run. That is a big number.

Can anyone guide me if miRDeep2 is meant to be stochastic in nature, i.e. this behaviour is expected and why?

Thank you, Rituriya
