Hi,

I'm wondering if there's more information about the Caltech RNA-Seq data on ENCODE and the corresponding microarray data (GSE19090).

I'm trying to use the data to validate an RNA-Seq analysis method, and because there's not a lot of paired-end data for the MAQC samples, I'm interested in using this data.

Thanks!

There is a publication referenced at the GEO website. What other information do you need?

I'm not sure about what the letter and numbers mean after each cell name for each GSE.

For example, I don't know what "DS8623" mean for "GM12878-DS8623".

I just emailed the authors.
