Hi, I was wondering if miRanda is still up and running? I am not sure if it is moved to an alternate website as I am not able to access it. It would be really great if anyone can please respond to the above question or if you can suggest tools similar to miRanda wherein the user can feed in their specific sequence list and run the target prediction that would be great as well. Thanks!
