Good day,
I am busy performing a meta-analysis with my own GWAS results with summary statistics from a paper that has done a similar study to mine with different cohorts. The paper has their MarkerNames as rsIDs while my own summary statistics are in chr:bp:a1:a2 format (eg 10:87086125:A:G ). I converted over the rsIDs to match my own study MarkerNames. However, when I run my METAL analysis I get the following error
###########################################################################
## Running second pass analysis to evaluate heterogeneity...
## Processing file '/home/dominicz/GWAS_SCA/metal/SUDSMETAL_N_with_header'
## ERROR: Input file has changed since analysis started
## WARNING: Heterogeneity analysis failed...
Has anyone run into this issue or know how to fix it?
Thanks!
I don't know METAL.
https://github.com/statgen/METAL/blob/master/metal/Main.cpp#L1476 error occurs when the metadata 'header' is different from a 'history' file.
Hi there,
I see, I am not quite sure what a history file is though? I don't see that included in the quick start guide. Thank you for your reply though!
Hi,
I got the same error and came across your pose. Did you find out why?
Thanks!
