how to get chromInfo file

Hi,i'm using outrigger to detect AS events. It needs hg38.chrominfo.

Table 'HG38.chromInfo' doesn't exist\n"

So, how can i get this file.

Thanks! I have tried ,but it dosen't work. Did you have used it before , content in chrominfo should be in especial format?

Did you try renaming the file HG38.chromInfo?

Hi, did you solve this issue? I get the same problem "Objekt 'chrominfo_grch38' nicht gefunden" using the scarhrd package in R
