Can a mutation in any of the non-sex chromosomes genes cause abnormality (structural or lot of other mutations) in sex chromosomes?

I am looking for any answers that might help me understand this possible phenomenon.

Are you asking if any disease-causing mutation in a gene on an autosome is known to affect the sex chromosomes as part of the disease etiology? I'm not entirely sure what the question is.

If I get your question right: do you want to know whether a mutation in an autosomal gene can lead to a disease in case there is also some abnormality present in the sex chromosomes?
