Can a mutation in any of the non-sex chromosomes genes cause abnormality (structural or lot of other mutations) in sex chromosomes?
I am looking for any answers that might help me understand this possible phenomenon.
Are you sure the formulation of question is correct? What is the verb here? Could you please reformulate once more so that at least I could better understand?
Are you asking if any disease-causing mutation in a gene on an autosome is known to affect the sex chromosomes as part of the disease etiology? I'm not entirely sure what the question is.
-1 because the question is not clear and the tag is poorly chosen. If I get your question right: do you want to know whether a mutation in an autosomal gene can lead to a disease in case there is also some abnormality present in the sex chromosomes? I wish we still could edit tags to fix at least the latter issue.
Edited to a FixMe question, so that the OP gets notified about that.
