Hi all,
rMATs gives me only few events (for SE and MXE) or non (for A3SS, A5SS, and RI).
My gtf file looks fine! And, when I run rMATs with another species data, which means another gtf file, it works pretty well.
I already compared the gtf file with the one (other species), and it is the same.
I have no idea of what is happening! Could anyone please help me here?
