Hi, I'm trying to use gffcompare, but in the manual and usage of the software, they noted that:
-i provide a text file with a list of (query) GTF files to process instead of expecting them as command-line arguments (useful when a large number of GTF files should be processed).
I searched a lot, but I don't know what should I do? How could I convert gtf to text? thanks for your reply...
If I well understand the help line, you should provide a text file in which you write the names of the gtf files you want to compare. You don't need to convert the gtf files to text (BTW: gtf are indeed text files, that follow some format rules).
