Hello, I just conducted a motif analysis with HOMER and the top ranked result in the known motifs list is "unpublished". What does that mean to be in the "known" results exactly? Thanks in advance.

Search the motif id in JASPER. Homer compares the discovered motifs with JASPER known motifs,
