Hi, I am very beginner in peptide design against a specific protein. I already read some literature about peptide design and I found that they used MOE, a paid software to design peptide. But I need a free accessible software to get my target. So which one is best as considering the alternative to MOE? Please suggest me some free accessible software to get best result.
