I am doing my undergraduate project of Pipeline development for variant calling in Nonsmall cell lung cancer. for that, I am trying to find literature about my topic, but I didn't find anything useful. anyone have anything to suggest?
Thanks
Tried Galaxy tutorial?https://usegalaxy.org/
Thanks for the help, but "Identification of somatic and germline variants from tumor and normal sample pairs" this tutorial is there about cancer analysis. I want more in detailed about lung cancer. So I can refer and cite the papers in my project.
What makes you think there are fundamental differences in the analysis of lung cancer vs 'general' cancer analysis?
I don't want the pipeline to do analysis, I want literature for the reference purpose. And also how can I cite that tutorial from Galaxy!
for the literature, you need to either use GOOGLE or PUBMED, and regarding citing the tutorial of the galaxy, I think just citing GALAXY should be enough.Maybe this link https://galaxyproject.org/citing-galaxy/ could help you.
