Hello, I would like to know if there is a possibility to invert a nucleic acid map in MacVector. In other words, I would like to automatically switch to the inverted and complemented sequence of the initial strand, reverting the features/signals I added on it (i.e the sequence ATTACCA with the ACC marked as a forward strand feature should become TGGTAAT, with TGG marked as a reverse feature). Hope this is clear enough.

If I understand the question correctly you can use the Reverse Complement function.

i.e.

EDIT > SELECT ALL
EDIT > REVERSE COMPLEMENT

All features will now be on the complementary strand and pointing in the reverse direction.

(Disclaimer: I work for MacVector Support).
