I am conducting an RNA seq analysis pipeline for which I have to conduct fastqc report check. I am curious to know what is the exact significance of the parameter of the term per tile sequence quality. If this parameter seems problematic and other quality checks are okay can we still proceed with the fastq file?

It depends how bad it looks like, a bubble or areas with errors are ignored in the base calling, details: https://www.bioinformatics.babraham.ac.uk/projects/fastqc/Help/3%20Analysis%20Modules/12%20Per%20Tile%20Sequence%20Quality.html
