Hi! I´m working on my project thesis with 3 different viral proteins from 23 different viruses.
I made a pairwise comparison with Yiang and Nielsen 2000 for calculate the dN and dS rate and CODEML obtain omega (dN/dS ratio).
My question is: Any review or paper which you recommend for analyzing the results?, for example, analyzing the distribution of the values in the graphics or any analysis necessary for this type of data.
