Good morning, I have attained some .pdb files from a tool (RaptorX), and now I would like to visualize such structure. I am pretty sure that there are some web-based tools for this purpose, could you indicate me someone?

Thank you in advance, Giuseppe

Thank you! I just want to visualize 2 pdb files, but I don't usually work on proteins, so I don't mean to download other stuff, honestly! However, thank you so much for your answer.

But, why do you want to visualize PDB files online? There are pretty good offline tools for this purpose (Chimera, Pymol). However, if you still prefer web-based tools, Protein-Ligand Interaction Profiler (PLIP) is a good one.
