Dear all,

I get some transcript coordinates from the publications which look like these: NR_002323 1114, NM_001101 1216. I can use it in the ncbi (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/NR_002323) to check the sequence but I was wondering is there a way that we can convert this transcript location to a genomic coordinate, e.g. chr1 5555555 -? Thank you : )

Cheers, Joe
