How to set different themes between the panels of RStudio

Hi,

I've noticed that some people can set a different colour for the different panels in RStudio. For example, at the following link

I saw a dark theme for R console and a white one for the panels on the right (Environment, History etc...).

Does someone know how to set different themes for different panels in RStudio?
