Hello.

I've been looking for a way to use Dgenies for creating graphs from a command line. I couldn't find such possibility in the documentation, but documentations can be blurry and maybe I missed it.

I have alignments in PAF files. Each alignment can be loaded and ran (along with the respective 2 unaligned original fasta files) separately on the Dgenies website, but I have 50-100 such alignments, so running a command from a loop in a script would be the efficient way to do that.

Thanks.
