I am working on a project where there are some sets of genes of interest, either because they are coincidental across a phylogenetic tree, or they are recombination hotspots. What I am looking for is a way to visualize these gene groups in a figure. the number of genes in a group is anywhere from 5 to 20, and they usually fall one after another in the sequence. A textual example of what I am looking for is something like below:

---______gene1____-------______________gene2_______________-----__gene3__---______gene4_______---

Can anyone point me to a tool that makes visualization of something like this from a .gff file? any help is appreciated!
