Stop Solva_Error: Naccess

Hello,

When I run Naccess program to calculate the ASA of proteins , I got the following error.

STOP SOLVA_ERROR: max cubes exceeded statement executed

Does anyone know about this error?

A google search landed me to this Nature methods article:

problem: If the size of the target is very large, naccess fails to calculate accessibilities (Step 10). The error message is as follows: STOP SOLVA_ERROR: max cubes exceeded statement executed

solution: If this is a protein complex, divide its chains manually.
