Hi, I want to apply time-course analysis to my RNA editing data. Here I have a set of RNA editing data, the data represent the total number of edited sites in every gene. And now I have data of four time points, and two replicates of the mutant sample, and two replicates of wild-type sample. But I don't actually know the distribution of the total number of edited sites and most of the current software fits data as negative binomial distribution or something else. Thus I wanna know if there some methods that can be applied to my data without prior distribution assumption? Thanks in advance!
