Hello,

I have next gene sequencing data available. It provides me with mutational information. I have used http://mutationassessor.org/r3/ to interpret the mutation which provides FI score and Functional Impact (ie. high, low, neutral).

Is there a way to determine if the mutation is an activating mutation or inactivation mutation?

Thanks

You may want to try Ensembl Variant Effect Predictor (LINK).
