Hello,

I would like to know if there is a gene ontology tool that takes into account the locus the genes are found. For example, if there is a specific locus enriched with specific gene family (for example, olfactory), than I would like the tool to count the enrichment according to the locus, and not for each gene.

I'll try to be more clear - if there are 2 loci in the genome contain olfactory genes, one has 10 genes, and one has 5. During the analysis I got the loci with the 5 genes. I want the enrichment to be 1/2 loci, and not 5/15 genes, which most of the common tools I know will yield.

Thank you!
