Hello everyone, hope all are doing well, I am doing my Rna-seq analysis and I ran it through deseq 2 and got my result file after which I annotated and got the gene list and chr too. I just wanted to know whether p-adj values can be the same or is something wrong with that. Thanks for your time. This is the DEGs table

Yes, this is normal and expected. Please use google / the biostars search function next time before posting, found via "same padj DESeq2":

same padj for all the genes after DEseq analysis
