How can i get that.

MGI has a good resource and is the first Google hit for "mouse human ortholog." Their FAQ on that page has an entry for how to "view the ortholog set for a mouse gene" and "view the ortholog set for a mouse gene." OrthoDB (vertebrate section) is another good resource.
Homologene is one common source for ortholog groups. In addition to web access for interactive searches, you can also download the entire data file from their FTP site.
check the ucsc genome browser. The Blat function should be able to help you...
