Vcf To Gff Format

I have varscan output in vcf format. I need to convert to gff format. Does any one know any tool or script to convert from varscan vcf to gff format?

well if you know the column annotation of both VCF and GFF format than it would be better to write your own perl script to convert one from the other !!!
