I have a colleague that recently downloaded data from this page. He originally thought it was in BED format, but when things didn't look right he checked again and found that it's listed as 'bedRnaElements' format. Here's what a few lines of the file look like.

We have been unable to find a description of the 'bedRnaElements' format so that we can convert the data into something widely usable, such as GFF3, GTF, or BED. Any suggestions?
Having line wrap for code blocks, by the way, is a horrible idea. Definitely makes this example look a lot messier than it is.
