Tajima'S D And Hgdp Xp-Ehh Tracks

Does anyone knows how to add the Tajima's D and HGDP XP-EHH tracks to the ucsc genome browser? i've almost gone mad searching for them all over, thanks.

Remember: HGDP is build 36/hg18. Just downgrade from (default) b37/hg19 and pronto!
