How Can I Get Older Versions Of Psi-Blast Program?

Hi,

Do you know how I can get older versions of PSI-BLAST.

Right now, I've downloaded 2.2.26, but I need to use these parameters. (Pardon me for the irrelevants).

  blastpgp -i seq-file -Q $mat3_dir/$src.mat3\\
                          -d \"$nr_database\"\\
                          -e 1e-3 -h 1e-3 -M BLOSUM62 -j 3 -m 6 > $src.blast

But I don't believe it is working correctly because the script was written in 2005, and blastpgp may have changed by then? I would like to try a version made before 2005. Thank you.

Works. But legacy version may not have been my problem after all
