Dear Community,
According to Dr.Bernstein paper, a bivalent gene is defined as a gene where both the K4me3 (active) and K27me3 (repressive) marks are observed. Thus, the gene is poised for transcription. One could overlap the K4me3 and K27me3 with a custom defined promoter list to generate a list of bivalent genes, but I would like to confirm my results.
My question is after 5 years, is there a publicly available or a tested/confirmed list of bivalent genes for the mouse ESC's.

So you're looking for a list of bivalent genes that was built using a different criterion than that of Bernstein et al.?
yeah, may be different methodology, like using ChIP-Seq, which might give a little different and better result.
