Hello,everyone. I have a question about PBAT which used for association analysis based on family data. I do not know why the two allele of the same SNP have the different FBAT-value? Would any one help me?

Could you give more details ? Did you test the additive model (or recessive/dominant) ?

Yes. I only use additive model. And my phenotype is dichotomy. I realize that I really should share more after I read your advice. Thank you!
