Hello,

I am searching some RNA seq data for some while without success. Could you give me a hint where to search?

Thanks, Bogdan

The NCBI Short Read Archive contains many RNA-Seq data sets:

Quick Tip: If you know you need all sequencing data (from Solexa or Illumna), look up the platform ID (type of machine) and narrow it down by that. It's a lot easier to find all rna-seq data when you know the machine and species. Good luck!

As well as the SRA (which is going to close over the next year), NCBI GEO contains some RNA-Seq data. Try this search as a starting point.
