My lab has sequenced an exome using the "Agilent SureSelect All Exon Kits" ( http://www.genomics.agilent.com/CollectionSubpage.aspx?PageType=Product&SubPageType=ProductDetail&PageID=3041 )

allez, une petite image pour faire joli

Does anyone knows where I can find a BED describing the captured regions ?

Ok https://earray.chem.agilent.com/suredesign/index.htm was the right place to find the BED. I was able to log-in today

Thank you all.

I can confirm that, 5 years later, this solution still works. I had to create an account at suredesign, then click "find designs", then click "agilent catalog", then you get to a list of a bunch of sureselect kits with download links including .bed files.

According to this post Human Exome Capture Library Coordinates Download , maybe you can find the information in Agilent's Earray https://earray.chem.agilent.com/earray/

I don't have access too, maybe next week I can check with some coworkers who has an account in the EArray.

They're not on eArray any more, I checked today. If you have an eArray login, that will work for SureDesign

They are certainly still there, starting with version 4.0

I confirm that the answers above do work in 2022 as well.

  1. Go to https://earray.chem.agilent.com/suredesign/search.htm
  2. Login/register.
  3. Go to the "Find Designs" tab and search for the name of your kit.
  4. Download the zip with .BED files for Hg19 or Hg38 respectfully.
  5. Do not forget Bioinformatics is epic!

Hi,

I can't find the corresponding Hg38 bed file for: SureSelect_All_Exon_50mb_with_annotation_hg19.regularOnly bed file on the login page, would you be able to email it to me if you can find it? Thanks! Amy
