Joining Of Models

Hi

I have 4 models generated by Phyre for my protein. My protein is a transmembrane one for which no structure is available. Now i need to join 4 models. what is the method i must follow?

What do you mean by joining? Do you have 4 separated segments? Overlaped? 4 distinct predictions?

If you need a consensus model structure to be generated, then use those models as "multiple templates" in the modeller software with the protein sequence you used.
