There are several bioinformatics libraries that you can browse through:
Many of the most popular genomics tools are open-source as well:
...there are dozens and dozens more..
thanks a lot @dfornika for help but, i am not talking about the tools or open source language the question is if i already know tools and languages how can i implement them in open projects, like for example i am a software developer that already now java, php, mysql, postgresSql and oracle also i knew different tools for bioinformatics how do i implement these knowledge and increase it in an open bioinformatics project ?1 "is there an open one that i can contribute in ?"

What is your area of interest? Are you able to "shadow" someone or are you comfortable figuring things out on your own? There is certainly no shortage of research questions or open data out there with which to start a project. I think if you have a research area which can sustain your passion, you will find collaborators and data.
thanks a lot for you answer my work was in plant virus studding diversity among isolates, virus evolution , phylogenetic analysis. also now i am reading in reverse vaccine i find it interesting. i have no problem to shadow some one as long as i will learn.
