Problem With Autodock 4.2.5

Dear all,

Actually I need to go through docking simulation for my study. I'm trying using autodock 4.2.5. I already successful until stage autogrid to save DPF file. Ok. After I'm trying to run autogrid, I'm trying to click button "Run autogrid". Nothing happens and I'm get this message.

Check your installation. It seems an installation problem with the paths..

Check the path to your default directory (File->Preferences). Make your current directory as your default directory. Just on a safe side, Put all your .exe files / input files / executed files in one folder to avoid any confusion or to generate any error. Hopefully, it will help.

Use ubuntu/linux. Simply install autodock and autogrid by sudo apt-get install autodock

I have a problem with Autodock 4.2 exactly I have problem with run autogrid and run autodock where autogrid and autodock processes (calculation) not execute successfully. ERROR: can't find or open receptorPDBQT file "hsg1.pdbqt" and ERROR: Unsuccessful completion

As for run autodock

error : insufficient grid points
aborting

Please help me because I'm a beginner
