Hi all,
Can anyone have experience to identify the sequencing error in rnaseq for assembly. Is that a big problem in assembly work for a specie without genome reference.

Post the software name and version, error message, log file (optional) to understand the kind of error and its consequences on the output file.
If you will not going to provide the gtf (Gene Transcript file) as a reference, you will be unable to have the gene names in the output file.
